Do you have Nursery/Children's Church for my baby/preschooler/child?

The Rock has an incredible staff of nursery workers who are trained to take care of your child. The nursery is for infants all the way up to the age of 3. It is our goal to effectively minister to your child and show them the love of Christ while you are able to enjoy the services here at the Rock without distraction or diversion. We also offer three separate children's church services seperated by age. Children are dismissed during the service following the music. The Nursery is open prior to service start.

When should we arrive?

Services start at the Rock at 9AM and 10:45AM We offer an extremely friendly environment! We would love for you to arrive a couple of minutes early so that we can have a chance to get to know you.

What is your church like?

This church body began on January 15, 2006 and has seen tremendous growth. We are a multigenerational congregation with various Christian backgrounds.

What is the preaching and music like?

Pastor Terry Watson knows exactly how to relate his messages to today's culture. His messages are always challenging and life changing. The Praise and Worship at The Rock of NEA is led by Frontline Choir/worship team and band. The music is a mix of today's newest contemporary worship, original music, and timeless hymns to encourage all generations to worship!

Where do I take my kids?

On Sunday morning take them into service with you and they will be dismissed after the music. Nursery ages can be taken directly to the nursery prior to service. Click here for a map.

What should I wear to church?

The Rock is focused on ministering to your real life needs rather than focusing on what you wear. Dress generally ranges from casual blue jeans to business suit and tie attire. Everyone is welcome!

Will I be welcome at The Rock?

Yes you are welcome at the Rock! We welcome anyone and everyone to come and Worship and grow with us! Just one step into our front foyer and you will see for yourself the welcoming and friendly environment.

Will I have to stand up in front of people?

No. As interested as we are in getting to know you and becoming friends, we will never cause you to feel embarrassed or have to do something that you do not want to do. So don't worry about your stage fright kicking in! Just come ready to enjoy the service!

How do I get plugged in with a ministry?

We require each new comer to attend for at least 6 weeks prior to getting involved in a ministry. Once you have attended for at least six weeks contact one of these ministry leaders to get invovled in ministry. Click Here for a list of our ministries.
